This contemporary artist is best known for his billboard style, one line poems, which he displays in public spaces. Beyond the tenderness of his one liners, the deliberate way his work is positioned outside of normal ‘gallery spaces’ means that people take must take a moment when they encounter his work, whether they were expecting to or not. Robert Montgomery’s Light Poems speak for themselves, literally.
